Appointment Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee if 24 hours or more notice is given of cancellation or postponement of a scheduled appointment. However, in those rare cases when cancellation arrangements are not made in advance of an appointment the following cancellation charges apply:
- For assessment sessions, the full fee is charged if 24 hours or less notice is given.
- For therapy sessions, the full session fee is charged if 24 hours or less notice is given.
- For attendance at Court, the full fee is charged if 24 hours or less notice is given that attendance is no longer required.
In the case of the instructing company, it is standard practice, upon written instruction, to issue them with a copy of our Terms and Conditions which clearly state the Cancellation Policy.
