Hanna was interviewed on BBC Radio Cymru about her work that aims to validate Welsh neuropsychological assessments for those living with Alzheimer’s disease:

Hanna has also presented her work at the Division of Neuropsychology Annual Conference (2021) and has been invited to talk at a seminar for MSc Dementia Studies students at Bangor University.

Hanna has completed an online CPD course delivered by Professor Barbara Wilson OBE - ‘General Principles of Neuropsychological Rehabilitation for People with Non-Progressive Brain Injury’ (2021).

Ensure appropriate provision of services and support for people with Acquired Brain Injury in Wales.

There is urgent need to review the provision of services and support for people with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) in Wales. There are currently no inpatient rehabilitation services for people with ABI in North Wales, and there are just four inpatient beds for children and young people with ABI in Wales.

Dr. Ryan-Morgan was invited to speak at the Royal College of Psychiatrists (Northern Ireland) joint meeting on Brain Injury with the Division of Clinical Psychology (Northern Ireland branch) on Friday 29th March in Belfast. The topic was 'MTBI and psychosocial outcomes.' 

Time For Change – APPG On Abi Launch Report On Acquired Brain Injury And Neurorehabilitation. 

Dr. Ryan-Morgan will be providing one day (2 sessions) per week locum cover as Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist to the Regional Neuro-Rehabilitation Unit at Neath/Port Talbot Hospital. 

Gareth King, Brain Injury Case Manager, is currently cycling from Krakow in Poland to Vilnius in Lithuania for the charity Bloodwise (formerly Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research). Talis Consulting Limited is delighted to be able to sponsor Gareth in this endeavour and wish him every success.

Dr. Ryan-Morgan has signed a book contract with Routledge (Taylor & Francis) to write a clinical casebook, with legal commentary, on the subject of mental capacity assessments. The book is due in 2018.

Tracey successfully completed the Llanelli Half Marathon and raised £630 for the Wales Air Ambulance. 

Tracey organised a (free) National Conference in her role as Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist & Clinical Lead for BIRT Cymru at the Cardiff Hilton on Friday 22nd April 2016. The programme included Professors Rodger Wood and Jon Evans as speakers. 

Dr. Ryan-Morgan has been awarded Chartered Scientist status by the Science Council 

Dr. Ryan-Morgan was invited by the Chair of the Division of Neuropsychology to be on their established Awards Panel,previously co-chaired by Professors Gus Baker and Barbara Wilson, now chaired by Professor Liam Dorris. 

Dr. Ryan-Morgan is a speaker, along with a colleague, at the Hugh James annual conference on 18th March 2014 on the topic of Assistive Technology in Neurorehabilitation. 

As of 1st October 2013 Tracey is the Clinical Lead and Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist for the BIRT Assessment and Rehabilitation Unit in Llanelli (part-time) whilst still maintaining private practice at Talis Consulting Limited. Tracey’s new role involves providing strategic professional and clinical leadership to BIRT within the 24 bed specialist residential neurobehavioural rehabilitation centre at Llanelli (opening in March 2014) and across the South Wales region, providing expert clinical consultation and professional guidance to clinical neuropsychologists, clinical psychologists and other clinicians within BIRT. 

On 6th October, Tracey completed the Cardiff Half-Marathon in the top third of runners. Her finishing time of 2 hours 30 minutes also placed her 152nd out of all female runners in her age group. 

Dr. Ryan-Morgan has recently published 'Assessment of Mental Capacity' as a joint book chapter in Practical Neuropsychological Rehabilitation in Acquired Brain Injury: A guide for Working Clinicians. The Official Book Launch is on Friday 12th April 2013.
